So Beautiful in the Countryside

We stayed in Willow Weir for 1 week. It was so, so lovely. The house has 5 bedrooms and five bathrooms. The entire house was so cosy, and still so spacious. We loved it. The place was neat and clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved using the spa bath, while looking outside at nature... So peaceful! And the fireplace being set everyday for us, we were so spoiled. Thanks for the stay, you exceeded my expectations and I was a hit with the family for booking this place.

Willow Weir is a beautiful home from home in the most amazing setting. The house is well equipped and the attention to detail very welcoming, from the quality linen and winter sheets, toiletries in all the bathrooms, gas burner on patio, games and magazines, and lots of wood. The house was clean and well maintained and we look forward to coming back!

We loved the location. Breath taking views and the the water fall cascading nearby. The furnishing , the quality of the linen and the attention to detail were 5 star.

We spent 3 nights at Willow Weir Cottage at Walkerson's with another family - 4 adults and 6 children in total for an absolutely fabulous holiday. The house was perfect for this get together with friends - an original stone cottage but stylishly decorated - modern and clean with everything you need (for cooking, playing games and relaxing) and a lot of space - 5 rooms in total. The cottage has the best location on the estate close to a weir on the river and close to 4 large trout dams. When we arrived, a log fire was on the go and the house keeper Ester was very helpful and efficient. The communication and tips from the owner, Christine was also excellent. Overall a brilliant holiday in a very beautiful part of South Africa.”
